Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward email messages from one mailbox to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mail accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just choose the email box you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
